Preparing for School Emergencies
The London Borough of Lewisham’s Emergency Planning and Business Continuity Service is pleased to offer this new Service Level Agreement (SLA) to schools and other education settings in the Borough.
This SLA will support your school to prepare for a wide range of emergencies such as fire, flood, severe weather and security incidents.
The service provides schools with access to expert advice and guidance through a tailored workshop to support your school develop its arrangements for preparing for, responding to and recovering from a range of emergencies.
As part of this service, schools will receive:
• Questionnaire to determine your schools current level of resilience to tailor a workshop
• High-energy half day tailored workshop delivered at your school by experienced professionals
• Post-workshop questionnaire and report
• Following term 1 hour virtual follow-up
